Day 76: Homecoming Harvest
The first thing we did when we got home was check the garden. Even though Zach and I had each told a couple of our friends to come by and take whatever was ready while we were away, there was still a plethora or veggies. This is what we picked the morning after we arrived home (because it was dark when we pulled in the driveway).
Mostly stay-at-home mom. Free spirit, avid reader, journaller, uber-recycler, caffeine junkie, fitness buff, nutrition nut, insomniac, green living fanatic.
I live here, in a little yellow house, with my husband, 7 year old son, 3 year old daughter and soon-to-be newborn. We share this place with four rabbits and two dogs, and we keep saying "no more!" But who are we kidding because we tend to lead with our hearts and do the thinking part later.
I spend my life in a cycle of house cleaning, animal care, playgroups, trying to squeeze in as much selfish computer/book/writing time as possible while still being a good enough mom, sleepless nights and crazy, harried, multi-tasked days.
